I have a cup of watered down coffee with plenty of condiments (sugar, whitener) in the morning. I don't like strong coffee. If I'm tired in the afternoon, I'll have another one. I limit myself to two cups per day - only have three if I'm really tired. If I'm busy at work, I can go all day without coffee.
If I'm not drinking coffee, I drink water.
I don't drink soda too much. Actually I call it pop like we do here in Canada, not soda. I don't like it because it is fizzy - kind of bugs me. Sometime I'll drink root beer. But only maybe once a month or less often.
