Too many to count. I have been in the habit of copying every disk I buy. I have never liked to work off a master. This goes back to the 8 bit days before CDs when software was really expensive. Everything we use on the bench is a copy and the masters are kept in a safe place. I guess we have about 3 or 4 hundred masters and a lot are junk but I cant bring myself to toss them. I have also ported a lot of old floppies to cd. I think I have every game that SSI ever produced. Damn! I am a packrat!!!
Well, I do a radio show, and to make life easier, I burn a cd or 2 each week with the majority of the music I use to make it simple. Not as much disc swapping! But I do have about 500 of them now
I only have a few dozen... Don't have the time to burn.
I must be well over 300 myself!
I have CDR's everywhere, my room is such a mess!

i used to throw out old versions of software... but i'm starting not to... sometimes there is a use for it once in a blue moon... heh... i learned that leason before!
WHAT??? You want to to count?? I have no idea?!?! I have many many many burned cds though. I have about 500 backup discs. Most are old but i still have them in case i need them. I have a backup copy of every program that I ever bought. And some cds of programs that ummm uhhh well they, well you see, umm just appeared on my drive!! I dont know where they came from. Oh well hehe. Oh yeah i cant forget my beta test cds! I have a burned cd of almost every Windows XP build that came out to testers. And the same with Office XP! And beta tests before that. I dont have anyroom for them. Well i think that is enough. hehe. My mom is always telling me to get rid of my old cds. I still dont do it. Just put them somewhere else. I am proud of my cd collection. I am sure it is worth well over $100,000 (cause i have MSDN Universal through work). I think you can never have too many cds!
Ok I admit that I am a bit of a packrat. There are well over 300 cd's full of back ups and drivers and old apps that seem to drift away and get lost when you need them. On the shelf remains a cassette tape recorder for my commodore64 along with the 5.25's for my trash80....this was supposed to be a hobby but it turned into a business and now you can never have enough old drivers and apps on hand for the cheapskates
who have champagne tastes on a beer pocketbook
The only software i've ever paid for was Counter-Strike...and that really sucks cause it's a free download
