We know that this guy does have to go to mediation with Cobra, perhaps he also has to seek therapy...they may not disclose this information to Cobra because it isn't necessarily any of his business...

The thing is the germaphobe didn’t do anything wrong. He was assaulted. He probably feels as small as a toad right now, and knows that everyone is making fun of him. He doesn’t disserve that. Cobra came here looking for approval for his behavior, and I for one won’t give him that satisfaction… I think he needs to grow up, and anyone that supports his effort is looking for some way to rile me up, or they are just simple minded. In the work place, intimidation like that which Cobra inflicts cannot be tolerated, and I won’t allow him to feel cool about it.

Come on, flicking a booger and they send you to anger management? There has to be more than that to cause that type of politically correct BS punishment? We have a guy at work that has broken phones, tossed keyboards against walls, yells f*** out loud every 10-15 minutes, and slammed a screw driver through a desk. He's still working with us and no anger management which he didn't need. No one really did anything about it except tell him to calm down until I was hired/ I just started laughing at him and showing him how much of a fool he looks like and he's calmed down quite a bit, he only yells out f*** every 20-25 minutes now, we don't use screwdrivers anymore, keyboards are bolted to desktops, and our phones are made of titanium. Problem solved.

I think the real problem with this guy is that his wife is a damn black belt Tae Kwon Do chic so she wears the pants in the relationship and work is the only place he gets to beat his chest at. Like I said though, I ragged on him for a while and he realized what an idiot he was.

Where do you get that I was "looking for approval" for my behavior? When will everyone realize that I honestly don't care what anyone here thinks of me? It was a story. Flicking a booger at someone intentionally is no different than spitting on them. It’s demeaning, disrespectful, and the last straw that takes a disagreement to the physical contact level. If anyone disagrees with me, turn the tables: what if someone purposely aimed in on you and sent their snot your way? If you were half a man you should want to do something about it. I think you misjudge my response Ya_Know, Ijudging by how Cobra profiled the person tells me ths is not the first time Cobra has picked on the person and is probably the reason he was sent to anger management, because of repeated incidents.

Now back to not taking this seriously....

Cobra what you did is inexcusable, and could be considered a terrorist attack on an American citizen with weapons of mass destruction, specifically, chemical weapons. The UN will be sending inspectors to your house, GW would like to take you down but France and Russia are threatening to veto any action against you claiming Bush wants to overthrow your regime to get your oil reserves when in reality the boogar was Russian made and you were trained to flick boogars by the French. The days of the Cobra regime are numbered!!!!
