Yeah, but WOT, the GTO still resonates the thrilling deep throated rumble, where the Subaru sounds like a quarter trapped inside a coffee can. Real men don’t drive coffee cans.Quote:

And the quarter mile times are below 14 for both cars, where the variance from different tests shows they average very close again. Close enough for me to say that in all race circumstances between both cars, I would put my money on the better driver, because that is what it takes to shave those hundredths of a second needed to win this close of a race.
Beyond that, the V8 will show better performance fully loaded with hunnies, where the Impresa’s performance will show noticeable degradation for every additional passenger. And unless you start all of your races at a starting line, top end performance is where it is at if you want to win a race that starts while the cars are already moving. A V8, 350 HP, with 365 lbs torque at a very wide RPM range, I really like the sounds the GTO is still making…where a 4 cilindar, turbo, 300 hp, 300 lbs torque, well you see what I am getting at.
The All wheel drive, short wheel base is great for a car that runs sub 80 mph, and off road, but between the two going over 100mph on pavement, the GTO should be much more stable...lastly, top speed in the GTO is governed at 160, the Ipreza cuts off at 145...seems to me a full out sprint, the GTO is going to pull away, unless you do something about that... ;)
You must have a lot of unused space between your ears.Quote:

Well seeing how I always liked the camaro (as it progressed) I can't really see it the same way. Plus that's not what a fast car is supposed to look like. A fast car is supposed to look mean and burly with the backend jacked up with 18" slicks. :DQuote:

Ok did a little bit of digging, God I love Google, and found an article on the Fifth Gen Camaro, maybe I was a little harsh earlier... maybe this thing has some potential... just maybe :p
