Here where I work now we use the smaller CAT 777 (easier to maintain in the Arctic). They run ~140 tons. Where I used to work in Arizona we were using the Komatsu 300 and 320 ton trucks. They be huge monsters. We do not use water in the tires due to the much additional weight (8.34 pounds per gallon), so they are your basic BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG Stoopid Truck Tires ;) . Plus up here the tires would probably be a freezin' all the time. It bein' a nice balmy -27°F today here in the Northwest Arctic. :D
