Not so sure we should give you any advice after winning so well in the Euro Fantasy Footy! What I started doing as I'm too tight to pay for a gym membership, is I get up an hour earlier than I used to and walk for an hour. Stick on a CD of music/inspirational CD's and just walk.Quote:
