Charley's just been upgraded to a category 4! Batton down the hatches boys!
"Hurricane Charley is gaining strength as it nears Florida's Gulf Coast. Charley has been upgraded to a dangerous Category 4 hurricane, with sustained winds of up to 145 mph. The storm is expected to hit land between Sarasota and the Tampa Bay area this afternoon."
I guess the Florida boys are down. Hope everyone is safe down there.
Things are fine in Tampa, but last report I heard was that Charley made landfall at Pine Island. Bad news for trip.

I have been through hurricanes in both Texas and Florida, Cyclones in Hawaii and Vietnam. Hope you guys have a safe place to go, as you can feel remarkably small when a hurricane is in progress.
