can't hear suround in creative audiopci(es1371,es1373) WDM

The drivers for it are here But the driver listed doesn't match what you had installed. That might mean you have a separate sound card. Look at the first link and scroll down to the picture of the edge of the motherboard. Do you plug your speakers in there or is the speaker socket further down the machine?

Then download and install the driver and it should put things right for you.
