I acctually never bought windows or anyhting because i just get everything form teh internet i have T1 and i download all that crap

Fact of the matter is. You are allowed by US law to make 1 backup copy of any peice of software you own. The creation of a CD that cannot be copied violates US federal law.

Given that the Microsoft Windows license is like buying a car then finding out you don't actually own the physical car but rather the right to drive it, their policy of not including the Windows 98 CD seems fair to me. I buy licenses for bigger customers all the time and they don't include the CD, just a piece of paper. I do this because it saves my bigger clients 20-30.00 a system when they have many systems versus the extra money for having a Windows CD for each system.
