I have to ask this, am I missing something about what the lounge is supposed to be about. I think this is supposed to be the area where we can relax and talk about anything not pertaining to tech work. This is a site FOR techs, not a site completely for tech question, hence the techville area with tech tales and the lounge. As to it not being grown up enough for ya, that is too bad. As to cleetus, I think that you guys are going way overboard. While I agree that she has a tough job and does a very good job, she (like all of us) is not perfect. I have not seen anything where he has been overtly mean to her, only asking questions about decisions she has made. She then answers them, and everyone moves on. I think that he has done this with respect, and if Noo did not think so, she would be the first to let him know.
What I am trying to say is this: It is a fricking lounge, where people come to shoot the breeze and talk to other techs. This is where we can relax and unwind from the pressures of being a tech, and just be people. Have fun, show respect, and all will be fine! :thumbs:

I do not post in the tech forums for a couple of reasons. I come here to relax and to clear my mind while at work. This site helps make work fun, and I can stop reading in the middle of a post when I need to. I normally do not have the time at work to read the tech forums, since that is basically what I am doing for my work. I do not read this site when not at work, since I am busy outside of the house. Also, there are many more tech here that are better qualified than I am, and do a better job of answering the questions. I do not want to lead someone astray. That is why I stay in the lounge. :thumbs:Quote:
