OK, first pick a size for the reservoir, I used 6000 gallons.

Large Pipes:
6000 gal / 12 hours = 500 gal/hr drainage rate

Small Pipes:
6000 gal / 12 hours = 333.333 gal/hr drainage rate

Add the two rates together, 500 + 333.333 = 833.333/hr. total drainage rate for all 12 pipes.

6000 gal / 833.333 = 7.200003 hours or approximately 7 hours, 12 minutes
