Somehow this has been twisted into Kerry trying to take advantage of Bush when it is Bushes fault.
I hereby challenge Bush to announce in his speech tonite that he will not be the first candidate to decline public financing in the General Election.
Now as to the other issue of Kerry using the same reasoning as Bush in Iraq, I seem to have missed the point. Could you elaborate?
