I do think we need video of Ya_know beating some ricers with the connie to send to all ricers to hopefully discourage them from tricking out their car and putting obnoxious exhausts systems on their cars.

I bought mine used, was less then $12k, and didn't trick out one thing. I put 50k miles on it before it was rear ended, and I took a break-even loss, meaning that everything I had into the car I lost, which was about $9+ with payments and maintenance over the three years I owned it. That comes out to a lease payment of about $250 a month with no money down for a luxury $40k car. Not bad if you ask me...let me see you do that with a ricer...Quote:

I was even able to fit my lawn mower, in the trunk, with a huge speaker box installed, and was able to close the trunk lid. Let me see you do that with a ricer...
They were all jealous...I am certain of it! :p

Oh, and back to your point, have you ever manually shifted an automatic Lincoln...? You can bark tires in second if you know what you're doing!!!
you're still here :) how's that brake problem going? I guess if I had to have an auto tranny the engine better have a lot of torque so i can forget about my manual transmission dreams while my kneck is being snapped back.Quote:

I wish I could help...but I don't do that stuff...
I honestly think all street cars are a waste when it comes to performance talk. I had most of that BS in my Infiniti but don't miss it one bit. And we don't need to hear about what you do in your car, honestly, who needs to come on this board and read about some guy that could possibly get 2 women in the front seat of his Lincoln. Have some class, pleaseQuote:

Well...divulge your solution...will ya! I mean, we've all been here paddin' to keep your tread alive long enough that someone might help...even though noone did, the least you could do is fill us in!
