How I see it, the BIG picture...

1. Adept boasted about reaching 13000 with a countdown that was almost screaming to be ambushed.
2. It was ambushed and much fun was had as Adept scrambled to post while the numbers dwindled.
3. Suddenly it wasn't funny anymore and Adept left.
4. Inept told everyone off.
5. Thread deletion right removed.
(hundreds of posts take place about numbers 1-5)
6. Adept just came back.

Smacks of a deliberate atempt for your followers to pp merrily and get thread deletion banned. A massive victory for the wotpp'ers who can now take over the lounge and drive everyone else into the obscurity of politicos.

1. I asked whether or not it was possible to reach said goal by the end of that day. Like many others have done before. How was that begging for it? When did we start applauding the bullies?
2. There was no scrambling - I just did not pursue it.
3. It was never funny. I stated so from the first onset.
4. He's a grown man. He can do as he please. As can Cleetus, Ya_Know, Grandad, RRR, etc...
5. I have no additional comments to make about thread deletion privileges being revoked.
6. No. That's not coming back. This is just clearing some misconceptions and clearing the air.

Personally, I don't see a civil war.

I see a pathetic grasping at illusionary machismo, playing "king of the hill" and then brazen statements that said hill is unimportant when failure occurs and the popularity isn't there to be received.

I'm with you on 1,2 & 4. I don't care about the lack of respect personally, because it's a give & take thing, and honestly there are only a handful here I truly do respect, so I reap what I sow.

Anywho, adept, you're one of the good guys, always have been in my book. Unfortunately, you're one of the few people here I enjoy interacting with that I don't run into anywhere else. So, if you don't find yourself hanging around here as much, be sure to keep in touch dude.
