NooNoo, please let me know if you need any other information on the same as i know it is very important to know all the things as i too have worked in aol uk broadband tech support, i am quite good with computers it is just that non availability of this driver has made me crazy.
I don't know whether you heard of ESYS or not but it is a very good brand which is not availble accross the globe

Actually there is a retail outlet for ESYS, i bought this computer from there.

Well NooNoo, i can see you are located in U.k , i am sitting thousands of miles away from you in New Delhi, India. Different country altogather. I purchased the system from New Delhi.
Right, so does the vendor have a website... I have found stuff all over the world including releases for STP 070901 which includes a TV tuner card... getting closer.
yeah, it is esys.co.in, however i have gone thru this website and did not find the relevant information. Moreover my 3 year warranty is over now on august 2008

No, i did not to be quiet honest, but i don't think they will send the drivers, moreover i do not have a email address for the concerned department.
when i was in aol tech support, we were not allowed to send drivers and all thru email. but i am not sure.....

Don't make that assumption. Esys have no online support, and you use the drop down box to route it to service and support. Many companies will email you drivers. AOL is not a good role model.Quote:
