I will try another card tonight see if it works
It's really getting to me now
I tired another card and it worked fine with a single monitor. I then put my origianal card in and it also worked fine.
When I attached my second monitor I had the same problem again.
Is this the card causing the problem or is it sometihng in Vista?
So when you put the original card back in and attached one monitor... did you also attach the second monitor? If you didn't go back and do that... it would point up a driver problem if neither card could do it.
i googled around again and FINALLY found a solution.... I took off the DVI cables and replaced them with normal VGA cables and all was fine... Used to work fine before but dont know what happened its all wierd
But the quality is lower... not being dvi now
There is no other way so it will have to do...
It used to work fine on DVI before don't know what is wromg now.
Alot of people are having the same problrm.
You should write to viewsonic and to ATI... the more mail they get about the issue, the more likely they are to fix it.
