6' 1" and wary of low hanging lights!
5'9'...not tall not short...just average.....story of my life! ;)
I'm 6'1" and there is nothing that I don't like except having to duck a lot and having to crouch to hug my 5'4" girlfriend. :eek:
5'9 1/2" If thats average then most of the people here are above average. Yes the 1/2" is important, it makes me just above average :D :) :D
6'0" even. Oddly enough, I don't have any anecdotes about being tall.
But has anyone noticed the generation being born over these last couple of years are practically Nephilim? One of the wife's nephews is not quite 5' yet, but he's not quite 7 yet either.
6'2" Don't have many problems finding clothes.... but shoes now.... Have you ever tried finding a size 14 anywhere? Don't bother. Definately the tallest in my family with my dad at 5'6" and mom at 5'8"....
I'm 6'7" (2m exactly)...
5'7" here and 115 lbs to boot, yeah tiny no crap but hey lol at least I can root around in parts of the computer in seconds as compared to someone else who has to take the machine apart just to be able to reach in and adjust a pin or screw.
Just a question... How in the hell did my handle change from VPiracy to Crossbones? You'd think the name has nothing to do with anything vulgar so I was just curious. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know it irks me to see that I have been reassigned a name without notice hell if anything I coulda had a name like Jolly Roger or something as a replacement not just lowly crossbones. Well like I said if anyone has any suggestions just E-mail me at [email protected] or [email protected]
Go into "my profile" and change your displayed name to the same as your login name, or choose whatever you want to be displayed. It happened when the board was upgraded.Quote:

6' 1". Never had any problems with finding clothes or shoes. Getting into small cars is a challenge sometimes. I had a really tough time in the UK with Minis though when I was in the AF.
Well I guess thats the long and short of this old topic :p
6'6' here and proud of it. I do dislike the ?'s, but in genral the good out ways the bad.
I haven't read all the posts, but has anyone has done a study as to wether or not the avrage higth of Human Kind has increased or decreased over time??????
In medieval times, people were substantially shorter than they are today. This is commonly believed to be because of our better diet and modern health care.
If you go to Europe, you see old buildings with doorways that seem WAY too small for your average person...
I'm 6'0". I don't really consider that tall for a male. Most of my guy friends are right around my height. When I walk through campus I find most guys right around my height. I think once you start hitting 6'3" you are getting tall. :eek:
