I could have gotten both of those if I wasn't reading all the garbage in the Political threads.

An American spy found himself on an assignment in the Arabian Desert. He was running out of supplies and needed to send a coded message to let his support know what he needed.

Can you decipher the code to see what he is missing?

The letters were replaced with –(minus) to indicate what he was missing. The -2 indicated two of the same letters were missing.
