I have to ask this, am I missing something about what the lounge is supposed to be about. I think this is supposed to be the area where we can relax and talk about anything not pertaining to tech work. This is a site FOR techs, not a site completely for tech question, hence the techville area with tech tales and the lounge. As to it not being grown up enough for ya, that is too bad. This is not a place where every topic must be mature and highbrow, read the description of the lounge !

As to cleetus, I think that you guys are going way overboard. While I agree that she has a tough job and does a very good job, she (like all of us) is not perfect. I have not seen anything where he has been overtly mean to her, only asking questions about decisions she has made. She then answers them, and everyone moves on. I think that he has done this with respect, and if Noo did not think so, she would be the first to let him know.

What I am trying to say is this: It is a fricking lounge, where people come to shoot the breeze and talk to other techs. This is where we can relax and unwind from the pressures of being a tech, and just be people. Have fun, show respect, and all will be fine! :thumbs:

You can only enjoy the lounge after you have helped 20 people in the tech forums. You can request a waiver from confused, but usually they are only granted in special circumstances. As a minion I don't think you will pass so you better get busy in the tech forums.
