Yes indeed, that's happened a couple of times. I've mostly seen it from work, & something else has needed to be done at the time. (At lunch now, finishing up with a slice of custard tart... :) )

Not anymore. I had Doors posters covering every square inch of my bedroom walls and cieling, but when I met the wife and we moved in together, they didn't match her decour. I was allowed to hang my favorite one in our bedroom, but she eventually took it down too, i guess it was her way of "weaning" me off.......

Technically yes... this is a laptop so no wire to the keyboard and I use a bluetooth mouse so no wires there either...

That uses only ISA slots? I'd have the odd working 286/386 board that could become a computer in a few minutes... But there's a functional Pentium 200 MMX with ISA & PCI slots that I used for internet access briefly a while back when I was between systems.
