I presume that the clue is Colin being mentioned twice. So he's either a Pheasant or a Grouse or both. Either way he's a bird, and over here that could be a woman (slang). So Colin is a woman, maybe a transexual :pQuote:

I'll check in a couple of days again.
Game is on variable standby during my vacation time.
I may pop in to submit more questions, but the schedule might be different than normal.

Thanks for the clue carl. :D
You got it!Quote:

Let's start easy.
Take the number 1010101 and rearrange it to represent 950.
__________
Take the last one "1" and arrange it perpendicular to another "1" to make a T, now you have 10 TO 10 or 9:50.
If I knew binary, this would be easy. :rolleyes:Quote:

i don't think any of these are the right answer but i don't see how there is an answer at least at this time.
That would be binary thinking, which may not be the best route for a mindtrap. https://forums.windrivers.com/images.../2005/03/1.gifQuote:

Sorry Commander, but I'll have to wait until I'm sitting at a PC to see any graphic you posted.

Just how are you looking at the forum without a PC anyway (just curious)?
Adept, it looks from my PC like he has found a legitimate solution.
16 sticks of the same length in both numbers; no deformed numbers or anything.
Good try, bonus point for it, but no cigar. https://forums.windrivers.com/images.../2006/04/1.gifQuote:

All right, question #304 is now worth 5 points instead of 3.
Hint: Klarg was on the right path.
Still too hard?
nm, I can't do math no more
Now I remember what I was thinking....Quote:

There is a grandfather clock that chimes the appropriate number of times to indicate the hour, as well as chiming once at each quarter hour.
If you were in the other room and heard the clock chime just once, what would be the longest period of time you would have to wait in order to be certain of the correct time? (The clock is working properly and is set at the correct time.)
__________
You would have to wait 90 minutes between 12:15 and 1:45. Once you had heard seven single chimes, you would know that the next chime would be two chimes for 2 o'clock.
2 hours 12 to 1 to 2. It would only chime once each 15 minutes during this time period.Quote:

__________
It will grow larger. As the iron doughnut expands, it keeps the same proportions it had before it was heated. The same principle applies when you can't open a stubborn metal lid on a jar. By heating the lid under hot water, the lid (including the inner circumference) expands, allowing it to be easily removed.
A multiple guess question.....cool!Quote:
