I don't think those are the poverty stricken people we are talking about confus-ed, we're talking about the ones that are fine health wise and are too lazy to work, or people that are too proud to work a job they consider below them. Next time we'll remember to be more specific for you.

A side note for everyone, if you don't die young you will grow old, so remember to save up some money for when you are too old to work, this should not come as a surprise to anyone, and if it does please walk to the edge of the cliff and take one step forward.

Oh you mean like the Equal oportunities act that says as long as you can perform the job nobody can discriminate against you in hiring, so if they do get caught you can have a big lawsuit?

Or you mean the billions upon billions spent in health care to take care of the sick?

Or medicare to take care of the sick?

Or the fault of the elderly to not take care of their retirment, as well as social secuirty, as well as their own families?

Or the fact the there are multiple other government programs already on the books to help people out but the fact that someone might have to get up and look for it, they don't?

Or ever visit a Wal-Mart in the US, and see the people they employ?

Damn, this really does sound much like the Nazi Germany that killed millions that didn't agree with them, or maybe Stalinist Russia that killed millions that didn't agree or were simply starved out, or maybe Maoist China killing millions who didn't agree and couldn't get any aid from a failed governmental regime. Or maybe like good ol' Mozambique where the entire "bread basket" of Africa has been destroyed and is helping to kill of millions more due to truly repressive governments only out for their own profit.

Furthermore, for those that truly cannot help themselves, there is so much help for them everywhere. But those that are living in poverty, wallowing in self defeat, not choosing to get the help that is out there so that they can create a better life for themselves and their families, and society in general, then yes they are a waste. I am all for helping those that need it, but there comes a time, for those able, to stand up and do things on their own.

Edit: Ohhhh, I get it, not to bright sometimes.

There is nothing I can say that will 100% justify anyone having to die, but sometimes for the good of the many, the few must suffer(Spock was a man well before his time). Just think about the lives saved if Saddam would have just taken his money and stepped down. You can't blame everything on one side, everybody is too blame. You just have to take what you have and do the best with it.

Are you retarded? Those people are free because of us. Japanese and American human shields had Iraqis begging us to take out Saddam and threatening to kill themselves if we didn't. We easily saved more people than we accidentally killed. It's war. It's horrible, but people die. We didn't march people into death camps or kill soldiers who refused to fight. You say I'm offensive. I have proof by personal experience. I have volunteered and worked at a food bank for years and years that serves over 500 people every two weeks. And when someone like you votes a candidate into office who cuts funding to my food bank in favour of buying a tank, YOU KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE. People who are hard workers and who are JUST LIKE YOU, Cleetus.
