In all honesty though, I'll probably vote for Buchanan. I respect the fact that at least he's honest and states what he thinks, unlike the other candidates. Besides, it's not like he has a chance of winning anyway.

Bush. Bush. Bush. Bush... and more Bush... I have to agree with Pogi though, my reason is more that I am against Al Gore (COMPLETELY) than that I like G Bush Jr (Can't say I like him much). I like offroading... Clinton and Gore (mostly Gore) have been pushing through Environmental legislation that closes PUBLIC land (That's right, locks public land away from the public...) to keep us Nasty 4x4'ers of the trails... ummm... If you take away the legitimate trails, then you kind of encourage that illegal trail riding they're trying to squelch... (That is one complaint out of many-besides, Al might get stuff done, no matter how ill-conceived it is. I don't think Congress-or anybody-will take Bush seriously enough to do anything...) Plus, There is one word that scares the 5h1t out of me... TIPPER... ACK!! GAWD NO! Does anyone remember that little censorship fiasco back in the 80's/90's??? Or am I just too old? What if she wants to clamp down on Father Al's invention?

I agree with the above stated, we are voting for the lesser of two evils which to me is Bush, I could not live with myself if I voted for Gore. We have all these choices in life and this is all we have for presidential candidates?

What is wrong with every one???? Bush is a complete and total moron. He does not know politics at all. He is a bumbling idiot. He was saying false things in the debates and he does not know a damn thing about foriegn policies. He lied to the public when he said that Texas has a Hate crimes law. This is complete B.S. I live in Texas and there is definitely not a Hate Crimes Law. Another thing is that Texas is 50th in the nation for family health care. 50th!!!!!!!!!!! This is due to the fact that Bush would rather spend the budget on other things, rather than for raising the teachers salaries, health care for the poor and indigent, and giving back to the community. Did we see any of this supposed surplus of budget money????? NOOOOO. Texas has the crappiest road systems, health care, and laws in the nation. This is all due George W. Bush.
The sad thing is, Bush will get all of the texas votes because we don't want him anymore.

Voting for Bush? Look, if you guys hate Gore, that's no reason to cast a vote for BUSH! That's like sitting OJ and Charles Manson in a room and saying "Well, Manson was actually caught killing someone, so OJ must be a nice guy". Besides being a hypocrite (ignoring the fact he drove drunk as a kid, but puts people to death for vehicular homicide now...he puts a 14year old kid in adult prison for coke posession, when he was a cokehead in his younger days)...the man will be putting us into WWIII against Iraq to make the Rep party look good. Gore strips away our rights, but so does Bush: in pro life/choice, in business, in his personal and professional ties with Microsoft and Phillip Morris.. Rather than argue over thing-one or thing-two being the lesser of two evils and running to the nearest toilet, vote for Nader, Brown, McReynolds or some other third party candidate who you really believe in. They do have a chance..
