I've got a problem- the notification email contains a link to the thread - but when I click on it, I get a "page does not exist" error.

Also, how do we turn off the notification?

Worked for me.

I don't think the notification can be disabled as long as it was enabled once.

No, I think that honour goes to the Word Association threads. But when you have as many posts as I do, 5 more are just a drop in the bucket. :D
