Had a customer call and say that he was having problems with his home network. He said that he had two machines running WinME and that he had been on the phone with M$ support for a few hours. I was trying to get a history on his problems and his machines and he said that one had been running 95 and the other 98SE. He said that he bought one upgrade and loaded both machines. I pointed out that he is not supposed to do that and he said that the M$ guy said that too, then proceeded to help him for two hours.
Sorry, but I thought that it was odd that they would continue the call.
