What's for lunch
Due to diet restrictions (going no carb for a couple of months to shed 20 or so lbs) and lack of preperation on my part (forgot to pack a high protein lunch) I am eating pepperjack cheese with sandwhich pepperoni that I got from the convience store deli. Washing it down with diet pepsi. what's in your lunch boxes / plans for today.

You scared me there for a moment mr pickles. I had to check the label. :D A good bit of sodium, but no carbs. thank god for nutrasweet. I don't really like the taste of it, but it beats water most days.

The same bland Roast beef and a piece of cheese with a little mustard in between bread and a handful of chips with a dessert of a banana. I hate being poor, but it is quiet, no body bothers me, I get an hour to read, and I am losing some weight while I am it, so it ain't to bad at all.

Today it was a seafood roll (imagine a foot long shrimp cocktail, with fresh lettuce, on a nice roll), and an iced coffee. Tomorrow will probably be something along the same lines..
