Scott started this site in the ancient days when techs needed online info at a decent speed... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />
The forums were always secondary from what I've seen.
The fun to be had from this forum has been great...
but personally I was happier when it was techs arguing about life, the universe and everything...
while getting decent info off their peers.
Seems to me that the peers have gone for the most part.
Darren Wilson for one will be missed. He has a great deal of knowledge. I am saddened that he came into disrespect for his personal failures.
Sowulo is another who shall be missed, for his personal strength and natural resistance to personal attacks...while managing to give it back without getting irate.
Cobra has in the past been one of the finest tech lounge individuals, having fun and giving humour to us all.
I could go on and on about all who have contributed to this forum but it wouldn't change a thing.
I know many of you from several sites and I respect most of you in one way or another.
The fact is that Scott's forum brought many different people together and we drove apart because of our differences.

I stopped contributing to general tech support when I found out that Scott had moved up in the world, selling out to internet.com.
I don't disrespect him for it and I certainly respect him for doing something worthwhile.

To the troublmakers on both sides, take a good hard look at your selves. Such petty crap has forced site owners to packup and leave befor.

Why would that effect how Antimatter posts to the board?

I'm all for selling out. That's the American dream. Bust your *** , build something, get rich. Nothing wrong with that.

As it is, I had been posting when I could in tech-to-tech...until recent events turned me off posting at all.
