What's the quickest way to die???
After all this crap happening with the twin towers to the unending unrest in the middle east to all the other worldly problems, some days it's not worth to live!!!!
I don't plan killing myself anytime soon, but that time may come.
I don't want to be in a world that is starting to deteriote so quickly.
What's the quickest way??
Gun to the mouth, slashed wrists, drug overdose, poison, carbon monoxide, hanging????
I've had depression before and managed to come out of it without any kind of medication.
I already have a kidney transplant for the last 5 years, I take enough anti rejection meds and blood pressure pills.
So those meds might do the trick for me.
Thanks for now!!!

:( Chef, I dont like what youre saying here. I've been through those feelings and ideas myself and I can tell you this: you CANT come out of depression quickly, by yourself and rarely without medication. You can lie to yourself thinking you beat it, but it comes back with a vengence.
If your post was in good fun, then ok, I do have some perfect solutions. But I wont post them here.
However, if there is a more serious side to what youre saying, I can only recommand and hope you get professionnal help, starting with your family doc. And do it now.
BTW, I've been on Paxil more than a year now, and I'm seeing life in a better way.
Every day is worth living to the fullest. When horrible things happened, it is a chance for you (all of us) to do something good to other.
And any slow day, when its all routine, is a good time to pause and appreciate life for all its blessings.
Take care. More people love you and need you than you can imagine.
:)
