I seem to have about every PC cable known to exsist stashed around my home, and lots and lots and lots of them too. Many, many, many duplicates as well. My moto is: "You can never have enough cables."
Drives my wife freakin insane. :D

Kindred!!!!
:) :) :)
Never throw out a cable. You never know when you or a friend will need it....words to live by. When my roommate and I split company, he ended up taking a bunch of my cables. Before that, I never even understood the agony of not having enough power or SCSI cables.
BTW, I also have an old Seagate ESDI drive....something like 25MB, I think.
I'm sure I'll need that.....sometime..........when I start a museum.
Yep, same at my house too.
Doesn't help though that me AND my b/f are both geek types....
I found myself almost ready to cry when my wife threw out my small pack of 72 pin simms.
I get choked up thinking about it now. *sniffel*:(
But on the bright side she did let me keep my 486 heatsink and fan combo. :D
I'm so bad I have parts lying around at work...at home...in my car...in the garage......at my parents'(who live in South Carolina)...in their garage...I've got an old 386-20 lying around somewhere - worked when I took it down to steal the case.
If anyone wants it let me know and we can try to work something out.
The voices in my head say “keep-it” so I is keepn’ it. Only a fool argues with the voices in their head. Heck the voices know where I live. :eek2:
I will second that motion.Quote:

Yay! I still have a DX4-100 combo in my "come in useful box" along with other lesser speeds of 486 CPU...about 10 in all. Now if only i could wave a magic wand and convert them all to XP2600+'s i'd be really happy!! :DQuote:
