C'mon guys....

Enough with all the political bull$hit already. I find myself looking less and less at WD because of this crap. Every time I click on "view new posts" it's all at the top again. I bet I am not the only one missing the actual topics that need attention or are late getting to them. Why not take it to a proper forum where politics is the topic and argue and b!tch away.

This is not meant to offend or single anyone out.

The only reason I post on them is that some ppl tend to post total and complete speculation on some topics and claim them as fact.

And I agree, the mandatory 5 daily threads made by techs whenever Bush takes a dump wrong, is really getting old. I wonder if he is part of the WOTPPP?

Doc, there are two factions in teh lounge. The Political’s and the Stupido’s. Take your pick. I prefer the Political’s simply because they all graduated junior high…If you don’t like the channel, change to another one… :thumbs:

Hey edball, keep trying to talk them out of it...the last thing we want is a sloppy surrender without first carpet bombing the sh!t out of their major cities.

I wouldn't care about it but it clogs the board with crap. And it's the main channel. I am tired of wading through the $hit posts to find the real ones.

Yeah. I agree. Thanks Doc. Some good political debates are cool, and of course some good jokes are cool,.. but if it's dominating everything to the point that there can be no technical help, then that's when it gets bad.

From now on I promise to do my part to not make that happen. And I am sorry if I contributed to that all this time. I never even thought about it that way. Thanks for making me realize.

Last time I checked the lounge wasn't for technical help. Actually someone posted a question in the lounge recentely and was given the business by trip for not putting it in tech to tech where it belonged.

The point I'm trying to make is that you say one thing and then do another. You want mature topics and then you make a topic about chick's butts. Real adult and classy there bud. I'm not saying that I'm not hypocritical in some ways, but you don't see me making 20 topics asking if the entire world has gone mad then doing the exact same thing that I'm complaining about.

Chick's butts are an important topic ! As are various other bits of their personal anatomies :p - or do you have 'teh gay' ? :D

However even Trip doesn't manage an entire week of it does he ? (well he might- have just the once ! ;) & he got banned for that) .. but no here we are expected to show patience & understanding to 3 folks who all I can see of 'em have brought nothing but grief, 'almost as if on purpose & planned' (he says still very skeptical about the whole damn thing) -at least Trip contributes by doing some damn tech queries, what ever the hell else he's been up to 'historically' ..
