About 9 am had some peanuts and flavored water (no caffeine or sugar) LUnch about 11:30 had mexican...Chips and salsa and a 12 oz pepsi in a glass bottle (ok i'm not supposed to be having caffiene, but this is a weakness once a week) Dinner about 6 I think...2 hamburgers (no bun) with cheese and a rootbeer (again no caffeine)

Just name 2-4 things you do that require some form of physical activity. Right now very limited due to my heart.....walking around work....no lifting these days....and lots of packing.
