Just got home from the city after spending the day with the Doctors and Physical Therapist. Tired, both me and the wife and I am thinking food and what's quick, good and easy. Look in the fridge and see some Tri-Tip Roast left over from yesterdays BBQ, good start. Then my eye catches a container of a combination of cream cheese, artichoke hearts and jalapena peppers, again so far so good. I look on the counter and see a package of Parmesan Cheese Bagles. So I thinly slice the Tri-Tip, cut open the Bagles and spread an nice layer of the spread on both sides of the Bagle. Salt, Pepper and about a minute in the microwave and a good brew and I AM A CONTENTED MAN.
