In fact Jaguar estate cars have been made before.Quote:

Admittedly it's nowhere near as pretty as the saloon but.......

I've seen a few aftermarket conversions on older jags, but never an original.
That's not a Jaguar anyway, it's a Ford Mondeo in suit.
it looks like a taurus wagon with diffrent front clip.
I'm not a big jaguar and/or station wagon fan, but I think it looks kinda cool.
It does look like a Taurus...on the outside. Being a Jag, I would expect the inside to be decked out though.
i've never considered the X-type to be a proper Jag. its basically a reskinned Lincoln. and to whom is this car targeted? i think the Ford guys should stay home and let the Jag guys do what they do best.
I know a few people back home who work (ed) at Jaguar [and many more who work (ed) at Land Rover] - and they say exactly the same thing as you :sad:Quote:

Thier just using the name to sell it at high price ,Quote:

i dont dispute the validity of the design...its just not a jag.
Didn't Jag owners used to have a bumper sticker that said "The parts falling off this car were crafted in the fine English tradition of quality workmanship"?
I am not even going to clicky clicky on the link
I have but one thing to say
ewwww yuck
that is all..........................................
I saw the review on TopGear, JC drove it down a snow covered mountain and he really liked it! Its a pretty good car.
JC will be nice to ford.. they gave him one of the new GT's
Jags are done for. They had a USP because they were manufactured in the UK. Now that they are US bound that uniqueness is done for.
Yes, well they're showing up everywhere over here. Of couse, they may as well be a Lexus or something now. The Jag mystique is gone. Problem is, my GF still wants one. Geez, can't she be in to Nissans or something?Quote:
