Where I live, it is all about Mega Millions lottery at the moment. If it rolls over a couple of times, it will be worth a billion by Christmas! Even after taxes, that is ridiculous wealth. I live within 200 yards of a place that sells lottery tickets, but I haven't bought any.
A $636 million jackpot — the second-biggest lottery payout in U.S. history — will be split among at least two winners after tickets in California and Georgia matched all six winning Mega Millions numbers Tuesday night, officials said.
Alex Traverso, a spokesperson for the California Lottery said at the time of the drawing the jackpot was set at $636 million, but could wind up closer to $648 million. The two winning tickets were sold in San Jose, California and Atlanta, Georgia.
FAR is officially dead, they've even lost the domain name!
Seems like a lot of us contributed money for that site. And to not have any say in its demise, just irks me. A real piece of work.

I gave away the soccer site on to one of the mods who was technically brilliant, and he's taken it on to another level now which is great to see. I simply didn't have the time to keep it updated and to do the "housework". The guy who runs it is making a fair revenue from the ads and is now sponsoring our girls football team, (we have the forum name on our shirts), so it's worked out well for everyone.Quote:
