windows 8.1 and ie11

I am using windows 8.1 and internet explorer 11 I am trying to do the united parcel service university. When I get to login g screen I login. The issue is need internet explorer with printing ability. When I login i get the house, the star and the gear in the upper left hand corner. When I go into another app on the website all the I have in the left hand corner is minimize maximize and exit. I need printing for the screen I am on, any ideas?

Do you have the Command bar showing ? It has an optional print command button.

Might try pressing [Ctrl][P].
