[RESOLVED] windows 98/ internet explorer

re-installed Windows 98 O/S on Dell Dimention XPS
to Solve some slow OPS & SOme Lockups. When I finished Everything including Modem Work Fine but Can Not Log onto Internet. Was Able to Dial - Up ISP Server Log into NETWORK. Tried Setting up new Dialup, Checked Settings in INTERNET EXPLORER. I don't understand what Changed. Need Some Other Ideas. Tried Loading Logging onto Netscape,AOL Etc. All it Says Check TCP/IP which Looks OK to ME.
In Desperate Need Of HElp!!!!! :(

What is installed in Networking.....try yanking it ALL out, doing a reboot and installing DUN and protocols from scratch.

Also, what version IE are you running???
