need help identifying combo card

I have a bunch of old i/o cards here, I used the fcc search to identify the manufacturer as DFI Incorporation of tiawan. the fcc id is e5ymio-400kf-c there is a row of silk screened numbers saying mio-400kf then rev#, with assorted revision numbers. there are a bunch of jumpers on the boards, I was wondering if anyone had a manual for the cards that explained what the jumprs were for. i have searched for the company's web site on windrivers and yahoo and cannot find it. and help that you can give me is appreciated
