interesting boat anchors and that's about it...
I could make some great artificial reefs off all that antiquated stuff..
scrap the metal alone and you would be rich enough to buy brand new ones off ebay...
if you want to see something amazing made out of old things.. not boat anchors... or trendy retro ornaments either...
a friend of mine is the most amazing artist and sculptor i have ever had the pleasure to know.. I admire his work... and all he works with is old junk...
he truly amazes me as an artist and what he sees of old junk..... people may not like his work.. but they have to respect the work

thats a youtube of Nate's garden... people flock from miles around to see his work...
this is his blurb on his site and it's so true
Nathan Nicholls: welder/sculptor of recycled/found object metal. The majority of my work is truly one of a kind and made from my heart without the primary goal of making money. I’m currently transforming my yard into an extensive sculpture park where people can come and meditate or simply enjoy the view.
I see shapes in Junk that remind me of significant parts of natural life and work them in varied scale into my art. I prefer rust as a patina because it is a living surface that gives life to the piece. I do not usually grind the metal or welds to smoothness because the texture of the weld gives it life as well. I take joy in watching people identify what I’ve incorporated in the piece. I paint some, but usually only to enhance the resemblance of the piece to the subject matter of which I seek to represent. I am not limited by scale or subject matter, only by availability of raw materials and the fact is, the junk has to find me, I can’t run out and buy it at an art supply store. I draw inspiration and motivation from anything in life, Love, Anger, Frustration, you name it, it has motivated and inspired me.

Odd. The www.oldradioparts.com
says
CLOSED..... August 9th to August 28th
Do not send any emails until this notice is removed.
I was wondering by the so 90's style of web template, what particular year it was closed..
I also noticed the following bit and thought to myself, why doesn't the web designer just create a simple line of code for an email link that includes a subject line...
like
"mailto:[email protected]?subject=Website Contact"
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All email MUST be prefaced with the word RADIO in the Subject Line.
Example: RADIO - stock check inquiry.
If not your email may get lost in the 100's of spam emails I receive each day! Repeat: DO NOT send us email without first reading page HOW TO ORDER
