MS Outlook "Inbox Repair Tool"?

Any ideas where this little tool is located?
I have MS Outlook 98 that is kicking up an error when first opened telling me to run "Inbox Repair Tool". I have referenced several manuals and the Outlook Help Menu, but have seen no reference to this program. I am just a little confused on this.

There is an inbox repair tool that is a part of windows 95 I have it on the start menu under accessories\system tools. maybe this is the one you need.
