I purchased a wireless mouse made by Advent. I tried it in a USB port and the PS2 mouse port installed the drivers and charged the batteries. Nothing happens when I try to use it. Any ideas what the problem might be. I have also tried other batteries which work fine in other devices and nothing happens.
