I had this video on my computer that I accidentally deleted the other day, I went into my Trash Can to see if I could restore it but it wasn't there. Is this video lost forever or is there a hidden folder this video is sitting in? Thanks!

Nah, it's going to be more difficult. You need data recovery software and a second computer for starters. You'll also need to connect your hard drive to the second computer, connect it via a network, or use a USB adapter. You shouldn't install the recovery software on the drive that contains the data you want to recover. You can overwrite the data you want to recover if you write new files to the drive.
There is for pay software and freeware that you can use. PC Inspector and Pandora Recovery both are used a lot, and they are free. My personal experience is that they are totally outclassed by GetDataBack, which is free to try but costs $79 if you perform a recovery with it. You can view the data that the software can recover, but you can't do an actual recovery without licensing the software.
So, recovering the video isn't going to be painless, and the fun part is that you don't know if it can be recovered unless you try.
Ok slgrieb, thanks! I figured there might of been a ezer way. Thank for your help..
Certainly! Unfortunately, if the file isn't in the Recycle Bin or in a backup, it's a PITA.
Ok Thanks slgrieb
