Change your ram then try the install again

Have you tried changing the memory module (could have a problem)

This worked for me:

Start > Run > control userpasswords2 > Highlight your username > untick box (User must enter a user name and password to use this computer)

Had this problem a few times, my fix was to:

1) Uninstall Zonealarm
2) DELETE the folder C:\Program Files\Zone Labs
3) DELETE the Folder C:\Windows\System32\Zonealarm
4) Restart system
5) ...
