Ok, i downloaded it, but when I used it on the drive the program stopped working, I tried reinstalling it but nothing changed. Oh, and it was a bootable DVD, not CD.

OK, with the bootable cd it worked. As I said it is the only one that drive will read.

It didn't help! The service was unavailable. And I already tried to remove the upper and lower filters. Nothing!!
