im with NTL, AOL wasn't feastible with me cos im a games player and their pings suck.
the performance also depends on what horrors BT is doing to the local area, my area's deteriating quite badly...

hmmm det 3's are now 4.13.1241 so id say the dets 2 were 4.12.0368(round about)... i remember a 368 in det 2 range.

try this... it worked for me with UT and the KT7 and SBlive, goto device manager, creative misc devices, sb16 emulation, and disable it. you should have better gaming now.

the cabs files can be opened by windows if u installed compressed folders. should be d:/win9x/ i think it could be one of the win ones

is it a onbaord sound card?
you really need to give more information about teh system to get a reliable answer. if the sound is onboard it might be possible youve flashed a non onboard sound...
