The company that made the hardware should have the drivers...unless the hardware is old you're using a newer version of Windows... If that's the case - no one will have the drivers.

Go to the website of the company that made the sound card. Of the machine is a Dell or HP type of computer go to their site.
No one charges for drivers.

If and when you have a problem with a piece of hardware - manually go the maker of the hardware's website and get drivers directly from them.

Tell us a LOT more.... Did the front USB work at some point?
Do you see any errors in Device Manager?

Your laptop should have some sort of external port. In theory, you should/might be able to find a LAN adaptor... Odds are ethernet would be easier.

The settings and stuff will be in the same place... You need to have a working computer sitting side by side and in theory, you could work your way through and change the settings.

Which version of Outlook are you using?
I don't think message rules are stored in the pst file... Having you been making the emails to Never BLock sender or domain?
