The company that made the hardware should have the drivers...unless the hardware is old you're using a newer version of Windows... If that's the case - no one will have the drivers.

Go to the website of the company that made the sound card. Of the machine is a Dell or HP type of computer go to their site.

No one charges for drivers.

If and when you have a problem with a piece of hardware - manually go the maker of the hardware's website and get drivers directly from them.

1. New drivers does NOT mean better drivers.
2. If it isn't broken - don't fix it.
3. Third party companies are more likely to say that to get you to download their files so they can infest your...

That's a legit question.... We're making a judgement call here... "IF" he were to be successful with this endeavor AND it would be worth a lot of money because a lot of people would want to do it...

Your laptop should have some sort of external port. In theory, you should/might be able to find a LAN adaptor... Odds are ethernet would be easier.

If you had asked these question 20 years ago, I could probably have helped.

The settings and stuff will be in the same place... You need to have a working computer sitting side by side and in theory, you could work your way through and change the settings.

Have you looked in Settings->General-> "Region and Time Zone Settings?"

Which version of Outlook are you using?
