Hi,
Looks like someone found a fix.
I unintalled SP3 and try the USB and it would work.
Reinstalled SP3 and still would work.
I will now try Technogeek007's fix.

I forgot when. I think the problem occurred after SP3. There was a scan that caught a few serious problems recently but it was after the problem.
