Search:

type in administrator as the user name and leave the password blank. This is default setting if you or anyone else has never put a pass word in the windows administrator account.

:) Hey replaced the same video card in laptop and its been on for about 8 hrs now and no dark screen :rolleyes: .
reseating the card seems to have fixed the problem for now :thumbs2:
