Unhappy My TMC TI5VG+ MVP3 ATX will not work...

Please someone I am dieing here.
After saving up and finaly building my own PC. It does not work :-(
I've Double checked the connections. It Powers up, but nothing on the screen...
Iam not 100% on the SW1 switch setting. or the SW2 Setting.
My TMC TI5VG+ MVP3 ATX has a Cyrix 6x86 P150 +GP 120Mhz 3.3v or 3.52v in it. I've just got the floppy and unformated HD connected.
It has a Pace 3D Edge pluged in and 128MB(16Mx64) SDRAM PC100 in Dimm Socket 1. I have not put my soundcard or modem in yet. The power comes on, the fan spins, the HD makes it's noise. But nothing comes on screen.
The SW1 CPU Frequency Selector setting
    I have are
    1,2,3,5 are on (60Mhz Clock 2x Mutilpier)
    4,6,7,8 are off
The JP1: DRAM Operating Frequency setting
    I have are
pin 1-2 short (Run CPU Clock)
    The SW2 setting
    I have are
    1,2,3,4 are on (Vio 3.5v Vcore 3.5v)
    Have I got these right?

    Copied off the motherboard
    SW1

It looks like there may be a couple of things that could possibly be causing the problem. First of all, the way your DIMM slots are layed out is a little misleading. According to the manual, you have 3 DIMM slots (DIMM1, DIMM2, and DIMM3) which correspond to 3 memory banks. Here is the confusing part - for some reason bank0 is DIMM3, bank1 is DIMM2, and bank2 is DIMM1. So, if you have one 128MB DIMM, it should go in bank0, or DIMM3.

You also mentioned that you were unsure of your SW1 and SW2 settings. The bus speed and multiplier look correct (60MHz x 2), but you need to make sure that SW2 is set for single voltage (1, 2, 3, and 4 all ON). Cyrix 6x86L's and MX's are dual-voltage, but the earlier 6x86's are single-voltage.

One last thing - the manual says that you should have JP1 set at 2-3. It should be set at 1-2 only if your bus, CPU, and RAM are all running at 100MHz.

    I hope this helps,

    Steve

Also try unplugging the hard drive from the MB. If the jumpers on it are wrong, you may not get to a POST screen. If it POSTs w/o the hard drive, check to be sure it is configured properly.
