Lousy cup of tea...
Off to work this morning, ate my meusli & drained my cup of tea.... there was a wood louse (slater) at the bottom - bleahh...
Still here, so it didn't seem to do me any harm.

I have coffee occasionally, but mostly drink tea. I like a Scottish granulated Dandelion Tea at night. (Used to be called Dandelion Coffee, but I think labeling regulations may have caused the change. It's based on ground, roast dandelion root, and I understood tea to be infused from foliage, coffee from roasted pod/grain/root etc. Anyway, I still like it.)

I love the smell of coffee but can't stand the taste. I drink Orange Pekoe everyday but I also like English Breakfast; it may be the same thing for all I know but I like them both.
No worries about the bug though, you probably just got some extra protein. Lol.

Gee, I never realised what I was missing!
The thing I find interesting about the recipe website is, if you have to resort to "survivalist" food, where do all the other great ingredients come from?

Judging by what turns up some days in my house lately (when I don't cook) , I believe I may already be living on 'survivalist food' .. If I moan about it *again* - I'll be lucky to survive
