Dial In tracing software ?

Does anybody know some third party software that will us to tell from which number a user is dialing from when they log into our network remotely ? We are using nt4 server and they would be dialing to our bdc

carrien, they can either dial in or use pc anywhere, its up to the user, usually they just dial in
